A PERSONAL NOTE
I help high-functioning overthinkers get out of mental loops, calm their nervous system, and build grounded self-trust.
But it hasn't always been this way…
For years, I looked like I had it all together... driven, responsible, successful. But internally? My mind never turned off. I was constantly analyzing, replaying conversations, planning for every possible outcome, and trying to find the "right" answer so I could finally relax.
I thought that's just what it meant to be thoughtful and responsible. But eventually I realized: I wasn't thinking because I enjoyed it. I was thinking because I didn't feel safe enough to stop.
Everything changed when I stopped trying to fix my thoughts and started working with my nervous system. Through my own therapy (as well as my work with clients as a therapist!), yoga, meditation, and learning how anxiety actually lives in the body, I finally stopped living in my head and came back into my life.
That's exactly why I created this guide, because most people don't need more answers. They need to feel safe enough to stop searching for them.
See you inside,
Lulu
